Pump House Environment Centre

Description

The Pump House Environment Centre is located in a disused Victorian waterworks building in Barbourne, Worcester, close to the River Severn. Inside, you'll find information on environmental issues, and a warm welcome in our café and shop.

The Eco Cafe is fully open every day from 10am to 4pm. Please use the Track and Trace app if sitting indoors and we ask you to continue wearing a mask when moving around the building and ordering at the counter.

We look forward to welcoming you all back into the building.

Our shop prides itself on selling environmentally-conscious products. We have a REFILLING SERVICE that saves money and reduces waste. A BULK BUY service of 5L and 25L containers is available on request – ask a member of staff for more details. We also sell 'WREmade' products made by volunteers from materials rescued from industry, at the Worcester Resource Exchange, www.wre.uk.com.

Meeting room for hire. Max capacity 32.

The Meeting Room is regularly used to host yoga (including ante-natal yoga), an art club, meetings of the PumpHouse Women’s Institute (second Wednesday of every month) and activities organised by the Worcester group of the University of the Third Age (U3A) – see www.u3a.org.uk for more details.
