We are the Herefordshire & Worcestershire team at Autism West Midlands, and within our community service, we offer a range of free support for autistic individuals. We offer an 'Autism Confident' Group Programme, seperately for adults and teenagers, which is a 6 week course covering a range of different information about autism, and for those after specific personalised autism support we offer 1:1 sessions, providing information, advice and guidance. Additionally, we hold regular social groups and meetings to offer a friendly supportive atmosphere for autistic adults, and offer webinars to parents of autistic teens. 1:1 sessions can be held face-to-face throughout the local areas, online and via phone calls. Our groups also include an online social group, for those who struggle with in-person group situations. To access our service, you can be diagnosed, awaiting diagnosis/under assessment or identify as autistic.
