Description
The club provides regular meetings for retired professional and business men who appreciate listening to speakers and who enjoy enlightenment, education & social contact.
We meet in the clubroom of St Dunstans Bowling Club every Friday morning. After a cup of coffee or tea and a chat, we listen to an invited speaker (sometimes one of our own members) talking about a variety of topics, from adventure to travel, science and music, war experiences and public life, and much more. We also organise visits and trips out, and frequently entertain our wives/partners to lunch.
