Welcome to the University of Worcester, one of the greenest campuses in the country with a rich history dating back to 1946. We offer an array of room choices that will meet your requirements regardless of the occasion. 

Our accommodation based on St John’s Campus and City Campus caters for all needs and prices and provides accessible rooms. Our options vary from Traditional to En-Suite Extra rooms available with group discounts during the summer period. Additionally, we offer accommodation all year round at our Barrington House, a beautiful four storey Georgian property with panoramic views over the River Severn.

Regardless of the chosen site for your stay, we cater for full board bookings provided by Aramark Corporation with a hospitality menu available for conferences and a party menu available for events.

Among the event types that we cater for are day meetings, functions, residential conferences, sporting events, training events, summer schools, celebrations for various occasions with availability to numerous formal rooms flexible in size, PC rooms, open spaces and interactive rooms with set up on request available.

A University based health & wellbeing centre specialising in providing community based programmes especially to special populations. You can hire our seminar room located within the McClelland Centre. With its own kitchen, it is an ideal facility for groups and accommodates up to 25 people. You can also book other rooms and exercise suites.

Seminar Room Rates:

• £24 per hour

• £44 for 2 hours

You can exclusively hire our exercise suite for group sessions. This includes full access to our CV suite, mat room and our weight training facilities.

Exercise Suite Hire Rates:

• £39 per hour

• £74 for 2 hours

• £5 per individual (minimum of 6 people)

• £9 per individual for 2 hours (minimum of 6 people)

Groups can also hire the use of the fitness suite facilities on a shared basis with other centre members.

Fitness Suite Hire Rates:

• £14 per hour

• £27 for 2 hours

All rates are exclusive of VAT, and local groups and charities may be eligible for a discount on the rates above.
