Based 4 minutes from junction 7 of the M5, Nunnery Wood Sports Complex is a great place to host events. We have many spaces for hire. Indoor: Main hall, Small hall, Dance Studio's. Outdoor: astro turf and athletics track. 

Car Parking 
110 spaces and more spaces in an overflow car park. There are a number of places for patrons with disabilities.

Equipment
Microphone and music systems in the main hall, small gym and dance studio by arrangement.
 

Toilets and changing facilities
4 x ladies cubicles, 3 x gents cubicles and 3 stalls.Two unisex separate level access toilets for those with disabilities.One baby changing unit.

First Aid 
There is always an appointed first aider on site and an automated external defibrillator is located behind reception.Additional first aid cover

4 court sports hall

Our sports hall is used for badminton, football, netball & basketball as well as many one off events including sporting competitions and kids football parties.

2 glass backed squash courts

Drop a shot on our indoor squash courts. Whether you’re an enthusiastic complete beginner, an amateur or a professional, put yourself to the test whatever your ability.

Non-members are more than welcome to book a court and play. Simply call 01905 357842, book and pay for a court on the day you want to play.

If competitive play is your thing then the club has a Squash League available for all ability levels that you can join.  Another great way to meet and play new people. Please contact Nunnery Wood Sports Complex directly to find out more detail.

Our small hall is suitable for one-on-one basketball, table tennis and fitness classes such as bootcamp, body attack and more....

Try out our air conditioned gym - we offer a wide variety of the very latest fitness equipment including both cardio - vascular and resistance training equipment. The second gym at Nunnery Wood features a bank of brand new indoor cycles, smith machine, OMNIA functional area and other exciting equipment.

Our dance studio offers a wide range of group exercise classes including freedom pump and attack, zumba, core fitness, yoga and more...

indoor cycling

Our indoor cycling classes are focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle. 

athletics track

With our full athletics facilities and track - events take place featuring competitors from all over the country on Nunnery's eight lane Athletics track with ten lane home straight which also features full field event facilities. For announcements of results etc, there is a P.A. system in the judges tower. There is seating for around 200 spectators.

Come and try our full size floodlit grass football pitch - due to heavy usage by our school and college partners, public bookings by special arrangement only. Located in the middle of the athletics track.
